Emily Thorne, a Canfitpro-certified personal trainer and one of our favorite fitness YouTubers, has dropped the first workout in her “12 Days of HIITmas” series, and it’s 20 minutes of holiday hits with holly jolly moves to match.

You’ll start with a warmup to “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” from Bublé, then move on to some truly classic tunes, from “Feliz Navidad” to “Hanukkah, Oh Hanukkah” performed by the cast of Glee. Of course, you’ll finish with the grandaddy of them all, “All I Want For Christmas Is You,” and it might get you so pumped up you’ll want to do the whole workout over again — or just go wrap some presents and bake some cookies.
