Try This 30-Minute HIIT Workout to Combat Stress

This challenging workout includes a series of bodyweight exercises to get your heart rate up and combat stress. Deja Riley and her husband, Jimmy, will work through high-intensity exercises, including skaters and standing donkey kicks. This session is all about being present and taking the workout one second at a time. Deja is wearing the Fitbit Sense smartwatch and Jimmy is wearing his Fitbit Inspire 2 to track their heart rates and active zone minutes throughout the workout. At the end of this session, Deja will lead a cooldown and breathwork session to help you decrease stress and leave you feeling strong and calm.
