TikTok’s Addison Rae Walks Kourtney Kardashian Through Her 6-Minute Booty Workout

Kourtney Kardashian’s at-home workout routine includes some special (virtual) guests, like TikTok star Addison Rae. The 19-year-old dancer recently joined Kardashian for a Poosh YouTube video, and she shared her go-to booty-targeting moves that only take six minutes total.

“This will be a really fun workout,” Rae said. “I’ve done this butt workout so many times because it literally burns so bad but it’s so good.” Kardashian replied, “I have such a good butt workout that I wanna see how yours is and then I feel like we should do another day where I show you mine.”

Together, Kardashian and Rae made their way through donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and fire hydrant extensions on each leg. They followed these moves up with stretching (Kardashian made it a goal to learn the splits by age 40!) and planks.
