Fitness influencer Maddie Lymburner (aka MadFit) has a reputation of sharing fun choreographed workouts to popular songs, and recently she’s been on a spree with hits circulating TikTok. There’s a “Say So” by Doja Cat ab routine, a full-body session set to “Toosie Slide,” and a “Savage” booty burn that would make Megan Thee Stallion proud. Now, MadFit is sharing a plank challenge done to the entirety of “Like That,” also by Doja Cat and featuring Gucci Mane.
The challenge above doesn’t just call for you to hold a basic plank for two and a half minutes (even if that would definitely be a challenge in itself). Instead, you’ll be moving to the beat with plank variations. There’s the plank jack, plank hip dip, twisted mountain climber, plank pike, and more.
Make sure you’re focusing on the right positioning and form and not just trying to keep up. Planks are kind of like building a sand castle: once you have the base down, you can build from there and add whatever suits your fancy (as long as it’s safe).
